"Hotel was clean and in a great location. Parking was much cheaper on the street. The bad was this place is noisy. Not outside but inside . Its like there is no insulation in the walls. Each night we were awakened by others headed to their room. The worse was saturday night ,they had a wedding onsite. The dj should have just set up in our room. I would have figured quiet hours would have started before 10, but the music continued until almost 11. Then came the party goers until 2 am. I would at...

"It was a good location for our visit to the zoo and the kids enjoyed the pool and waterslide. The pool area could have been better maintained as there weren’t very many chairs to use and at least one was broken and was unusable. The sink in our room didn’t drain well and for some reason we didn’t get any maid service. I had to go to the desk and get more toilet paper and towels."

"We stayed here Friday-Monday. We had no hot water until Monday.The hotel said it was due to them being booked at capacity for the past 3 weeks and to reach out to Expedia. Expedia took way too long to respond on chat and I really just wanted to enjoy my vacation. If you decide to stay just call to see if they will have hot water."

"We arrived a bit after 9:30pm and waited in line to checkin. The front desk clerk was friendly and calmly handled the long line. The main lobby and dining area looked nice. That is where the positive statements end. When you enter the hallway for available rooms and elevators, you are instantly smacked with the foul odor of weed and animals. There are visible spots on the carpet where an animal had relieved themselves. We have three dogs (50-70lbs) at home and were overwhelmed by how bad it...

"Very friendly people but the hotel is older and has a lot of wear and tear. Kids loved the pool. It was less expensive than other places around so you get what you pay for. Would return."
