Hotel Pantai di Harbor

"This was the coolest place. It has a couple of quirks but it is also a 100 year old ship with an amazing story. For the same rate you would pay at the Holiday Inn, you will be immersed in history and culture. The hotel has several little shops and restaurants/bars. There are yours available is you're so inclined. I adventured from floor to floor and made sure to check out the engine room along with the films offered. I cannot wait to go back!"

"The service and property were both super great. Clean, and stylish, home-ish feel. Staff was accommodating when I needed a later checkout and offered coffee in the morning. The only thing I'd say could use improvement is ensuring the vending machines could be used, as they were empty. However, the location is close to a grocery store, and other eating amenities. Overall, a good experience. Next time I visit on that side of town, I'm going there!"

"To begin with, the reviews are obviously fake. I should’ve looked at them more carefully, but I based my decision to stay at this facility had a lot to do with its 8.2 rating. There is review after review where the subject title is just Excellent and then the comment is clean room or blah blah blah but there’s no way that you know 15 people are leaving reviews and they all just say basically the same thing. The hotel has no lobby. You check in talking to a employee through a plexiglass...

"Staff is hit or miss. I have had the kindest and most helpful, but I have also had the most ridiculously rude staff. Aside from that though, the pool is decent, they have outdoor seating for eating and they have the BEST food just across the street. They are a favorite for people cruising out of Long Beach. We will stay there again. I just wish they would get rid of the nasty staff : ("

"No shuttle to the Royal Caribbean Cruise ship! The only reason why we booked because the reviews stated free shuttle to the boat. No shuttle to the restaurants across the bridge to eat dinner. Breakfast was none existent because they were out of everything and expensive for the little they had. The hotel is nice and has potential to be great. My biggest complaint is the shuttle service. We booked because the hotel location is at the port! Why not have a shuttle to all boats??!!"
