"Room was spacious for a family of 4. Neat and clean and plentiful of amentities. Staff was very helpful, close to Shin-Osaka to catch Shinkansen or local trains. There is also the public onsen which is a good to relax after long day of sight seeing."

They offer a personal shuttle to the Bus stop or the immediate local arima area. They assisted us with dining reservations for our first night. The dinner and two breakfasts were delicious. "Everything was great from the hospitality to the service. Having a personal shuttle take you around town was great considering how "hilly" the terrain is in Arimaonsen. The onsens (hotsprings) are forbsure the main attraction and the time allotted to rent each onsen (45 minutes a session) was certainly generous. I've stayed here twice already and I'm already looking forward to returning someday."
