"We expected 2 queen beds we got 2 double beds.The security lock on the door was broken,the smoke/fire alarm was just a wire hanging from the ceiling and the second bath towel was full of suspect stains. The only positive was the gentleman on reception on checking out who listened and apologized and later called to say we would get a refund.We would never recommend this place "

"I took my husband for a relaxing weekend for his birthday at Gurneys Resort. We had an ocean front room with a beautiful view! The room and resort was beautiful and clean. We hung out at GiGis bar a lot and the bar tenders were great! Super friendly and helpful! I loved our stay however I was truly disappointed to get a call on our check In day to tell us the indoor pool could not be used. "The room was big, and private. Didnt even have to speak with someone to check in or out so that was nice. But I wasn't sure if the sheets werereally changed cause i saw some hairs so that made me uncomfortable. The bathtub was an out of service jacuzzi, which you cant use. Not that i wanted to. But the draw back was i literally had to put my whole body on the counter to get in and out of the shower. A stepping stole wouldve been great. Im 5"2 so it was basically a mountain/hazard getting in and...
