"First room smell like smoking and then they charged for parking from first day even though we were dropped off and never actually used the parking. They have no system to track their self parking?"

"Airport shuttle was great. We had a flight in afyer midnight and we were able to catch the shuttle back. Staff was friendly and helpful. We were also able to shuttle to a local shopping area and movie through a sister hotel. "

"Waited 55 minutes to check in. They charge an extra hotel fee and your amenities charge if you use debit take 2-7 business days. Also, they didn’t have a microwave in the room. "

"Gym was good. The Villa was great!! The gentleman who was doing maintenance who stopped by our villa was awesome. "

"We pull up to a motel that was once a Flamingos and now has a tarp over the original sign with the new Ramada name on it. The whole place was sketchy, we left the same night we checked in. We did not use the so called water park and are now being charged an added fee of $165 PER DAY. We left and let the front desk know we where checking out that same night. We have contacted Expedia which have been no help. I would steer clear from this place!"

"Clean room"

"Property is VERY worn. Carpet in the Oversized Room was thread bare at the doors. Very dated, no exhaust fan in the bathroom so it filled with steam. Elevators felt like they wouldn’t make it up the floors. Zero parking unless you paid for their parking garage or you parked on the street around the hotel. Ironing board I had to lean against the wall to keep from falling over. This hotel does not deserve a 3 or 4 rating at all other than the staff was very nice. "
