"Although needing a train to access this place massively exceeded our expectations. The apartment was enormous with the luxury of a private semi outdoor thermal bath & a sauna. For a family of 5 this was absolutely perfect, very glad we chose here & not the other older hotels in the area"

"This was a uniquely and wonderful Japanese experience. The staff went above and beyond to look after us. The food and service was phenomenal. The location was amazing. Although this is little more expensive it was well worth it as this has been the highlight of our trip to Japan and we will remember this long after we have returned home."

"The staff were exceptionally kind and welcoming. The hotel is beautiful. Our private onsen was something out of a movie. And it’s a superb place for kids — many fun little treats everywhere. Very much recommend. However, if your kid is an adventurous eater, make sure they do not serve them the kids meal Kaiseki. It is definitely subpar fast food level. "We stayed at the Superior Twin Room with private bathroom. The view from that room was simply amazing. We really enjoyed making good use of the kitchen and common areas. The kitchen has utensils, coffee, tea and filtered hot and cold water. The common area also had a bunch of different books and games if you felt like having a relaxing day. The best part of this place is the Onsen. Also, there is a 7-11 within a 3 min walk. Overall, I highly recommend "
