"Easy to park, helpful staff, easy access to the pub next door for dinner. Recommend for a good value overnight stay."

"It is what it is- a very basic, small clean room in a very convenient location across from the airport terminal which you can walk to. Check in was quick and easy and there is a restaurant which we didn't use. Toilet is separate from the shower. Shower has a frosted glass door leading into room so be aware of that if you are not well acquainted with your roommates. Hand sink and mirror are actually in the bedroom itself. The roller blind was a bit frayed and tatty with cigarette scorch...

"The staff were very helpful & informative. The breakfast buffet could have more items however it was still decent. For breakfast, we were offered vegetarian sausages seperately as the buffet did not have any vegetarian sausages. That was very thoughtful of the staff. The room had everything we required, a hairdryer, a fridge (requested earlier), a fan & were able to adjust the heating in the room. The spa facilities were nice & clean."

"Awful experience. Left a day early as had no sleep due to faulty and noisy radiator. Hotel it self is run down and needs a good tidy up. Went to the bar for some drinks, no staff around and 80s cocktail bar music blaring, not a great atmosphere to relax and chat with friends. I emailed the hotel twice before we arrived and also once after our stay to complain. No reply on either times!! "

"Great room with in-room coffee service and tea kettle. I wish I had tried the breakfast because I read wonderful reviews but I was pretty jet-lagged after traveling to England from the States so I ended up sleeping in late for the first two days of my visit and then had to grab an early flight to the airport on my last day! : ) "

"Room was big, clean & tidy. Breakfast was good. Bar is a nice area. All parts in between though are in need of upgrading. "

"Room was clean but very dated however for what we paid we can't really complain. Parking is free in onsite car park you just need to enter registration number at reception. We meet family for a meal, menu typical pub food but all perfectly acceptable and staff very pleasant. Walled outside seating area which was nice for having a drink as weather was warm. The hotel is on the high street so be aware that you will experience some traffic noise especially if your room is at the front. "

"Good breakfast. Staff were friendly. Bed comfortable, bedding clean with protectors but bathroom tired, laminate floor in need of replacing. Could you hear upstairs walking round & plumbing."
