I like that is secluded and quiet. The hotel is clean, breakfast is lovely and the staff are nice. Parking is free and safe. The bathroom needs hooks for guest to hang clothes and towels when taking a shower. It is also not suitable for people with mobility issues. There is no lift.

A very cosy & modern hotel in a quiet & secure location with the loveliest yet professional staff. Spent a night during the work trip, was a perfect place to unwind despite being on the warmest day of the year! Food from the Bistro was very good & the breakfast was Excellent with a wide range of quality choices. Highly recommend for work trip as well as short getaway. Will definitely visit for latter next time!

We had a wonderful stay. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. We really enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which offered a great selection. A special mention goes to Rachel at the bar, who was friendly, professional, and made our evenings enjoyable with her warm conversation. The lady at reception was also lovely and provided us with all the information we needed on arrival. All the staff were welcoming, attentive, and made us feel at home throughout our stay. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend this hotel.

Very helpful, friendly staff both before and during my stay. Clean and quiet room, good shower and comfortable bed. An early start for me on the Saturday meant I had to forego breakfast, but I was able to enjoy it fully on Sunday morning - excellent!

An excellent stopover on a long journey north! It indeed has the air of a conference centre, and obviously was very quiet as there was no conference on, and that suited us. Our single bedrooms were small, but adequately equipped with a comfortable chair, and tea-making facilities, and nice en-suite. The rooms were very quiet, and had very comfortable beds. Ample parking, in beautiful grounds The evening bar menu had a good choice, and breakfast menu had a good range of choice, and was very good. All the staff without exception were extremely helpful. Excellent value.
