The big pool area and 2/3 dining facilities were closed. The staff is friendly but seems very inexperienced. "The kitchenette was stocked with plates and cutlery as well as a hot plate, pot and pan! They packed a lot of amenities into the room. The elevator was being renovated so we had to carry our things one floor down but the staff quickly offered to help. "
