"The Green House, where I stayed, is a quirky old Victorian-era house, with old-world charm and details. It is not a cookie cutter hotel room, with beige decor and bland artwork, but is cozy and incredibly clean, and felt like a home away from home. The pub downstairs met all my dinner needs, the ocean was a short walk away, and there were plenty of coffee shops to pick from for a morning walk. Would happily stay here again. "I have no complaints with this property or its staff. It is approximately an 8-minute walk from the ferry terminals and downtown, but still away from the congestion of downtown. The history of the building adds character. The only negative is construction is ongoing between the hotel and the water. The construction does not impact operations, but partially blocks the view of the bay. That is the reason I gave 4 stars for the area around the hotel."
