"This hotel has been wonderfully reimagined with it's long history. The rooms are fantastic and the service is amazing. The thoughtfulness in their design and layout makes use and emphasizes the rich history. The restaurant and roof top patio are well worth the visit and food is well done. If the casino life isn't for you, this should be your first choice with views of Senado Square and St Paul's. This is a beautiful spot in Macau."

"The room is of correct size for two persons. Overall furnishings quite new and unique. The hotel staff including the cleaning team is polite and helpful. Everything is within expectations of a high class hotel. The only exception is no free hotel shuttle service despite it declares one is available! "

"The place was amazing. The hotel was big and beautiful. Couldnt call this anything but the best Hotel in Macau. The room was spacious. The place was beautiful. Near to Sands Macau. Free transport via Sands Macau. Big indoor swimming pool. Big Hotel and its not a small one. Restaurant, SPA and shops inside. Its so near the Macau Outer port and its so convinient. The room view was amazing. Room was so big. Never seen a room this big and its just amazing and great! So beautiful with its EU...

"Hotel location is good. Shuttle bus provided to border, just adhere to their schedule. Walking distance to explore street food. We enjoy the staying there. The only thing is pillow provided both is too soft and flat when sleep on it. If can provide one soft and one harder, it will be better. Customer can choose. The bed if can apply one more layer of topper, will make it perfectly soft annd sturdy. After all this hotel is age but it still maintain in tip top condition. "

"部屋は狭いですがシャワーやトイレも含めて室内はとても綺麗です。歯ブラシ、シャワーキャップ、カミソリなどアメニティが揃っており、ドライヤーもあります。シャンプーとボディソープ、ハンドソープとボディミルクも置いてあります。コンセントは複数設置してあり困ることはありません。冷蔵庫はありません。テレビでNetflixを視聴できます。この低価格でこの清潔さ、便利さはとても素晴らしいです。チェックインの時に500HKDのデポジットを取られます。現金の場合はきっとチェックアウト時に返されますが、クレジットカードで支払う場合は返金が2週間後になるとのことです。"

"Beautiful property, location and staff. Very clean and comfortable. There are not too many eateries close by, though 5 guys the hamburger place in B1 is brilliant... best burgers i have ever tasted. The cleaners are very prompt and efficient. Overall a very enjoyable stay. The hotel has a well stocked supermarket in the basement and the Swan Restarant has a superb buffet breakfast for $218HK. My only gripe is that there is no bar, but you can buy alcohol in the supermarket."

"All the front desk staffs are polite and helpful. They were helping me to navigate getting across from Macao to mainland China and they went extra mile to look up China speed trains between cities and which exit to take for connecting trains. They made my travels much more enjoyable and less hectic. Many thanks for their out pouring concerns for my travels with many luggage’s to handle. "
