No available shuttle service to & from the hotel to the Macao border. Some staff in the lobby was not knowledgeable about certain tourist attractions & would not know where to take a shuttle to the other hotels. The cost of food & drinks was pricey. Overall, it was alright otherwise. "

"The hotel is in the ideal location. 23 floors. The room was clean, the neighborhood safe. Lots of eateries around. The room was clean and large enough. The hotel provides free breakfast which is absolutely awesome with many choices of hot meals, salads, some sweets, coffee etc. It's like a highlight of the day."
