"The biggest issue during my stay was the lack of sound insulation in my room. Noise from surrounding rooms and hallways was very disruptive and constant. I could hear the guests above, in both adjoining rooms and in the hallway including voices, Tv-audio and phones vibrating on tables, moving chairs or closing windows were also very noticeable. The bathroom offered no privacy either. Plumbing noises from other rooms, including toilets flushing, sinks running, showers and hairdryers was easily...

We brought this to management’s attention by email and in person. We were assured that the flat would be cleaned, but the flat was never cleaned or visited again during our stay. "Good location, a stone throw away from Oslo Sentral. The breakfast was sumptuous with lots of variety. It was a weekend and too many occupants in the hotel, so we were given 50 minutes for the breakfast only, otherwise I could spend two hours eating. The next day we have a early train to catch, the hotel is very considerate to prepare mini buffet breakfast from 430am for the early birds."

"It is a basic clean hotel. The concept is efficiently operated. 24/7 in house staff to address the needs. The location to Oslo s is only a mere 3min walk. Citybox oslo is kind enough to change my room facing noisy trams line. Subsequently, my room was facing void courtyard where i could hear chinese couple quarrel.at 4am, loud hp music, talkg till late at night from nearby windows and also my opp room. Depending on your luck, it could be pleasant. Pantry is available at ground floor."
