Such a beautiful hotel in walking distance to the waterfront and some great restaurants. Every design detail in the lobby, bar and room doesn’t go unnoticed. We had an early flight and upon check out they presented us with a to-go breakfast bag. Truly over the top staff and hotel.

The hotel was very good. Clean and comfy room. Only disappointment was the noise at night from the night club that went on till 3. This meant we were sleep deprived. Therefore we can only rate the stay as okay.

Very nice boutique hotel, conveniently located not far from the Harbor and other attractions. Very nice and professional staff, with all the amenities and a great breakfast. Excellent experience, I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Simply amazing. Every single member of staff, without exception, was extremely courteous and helpful, from the moment we arrived until the moment we left. Breakfast was wonderful, and we had dinner at the hotel restaurant, where every dish was excellent as well. The room was super comfortable, with a bed and goose-down pillows, high-quality sheets, and top-quality amenities (soap, shampoo). Everything was perfect, without a single thing to point out. If we ever return to Oslo, this will definitely be our hotel of choice. We recommend it wholeheartedly — and it’s not just me, my whole family shares the same opinion. Ten out of ten… make that a thousand out of ten!

What I don't like the most is the breakfast. There are very limited breakfast options and it's a very small buffet - compared to other 5 star hotels nearby it's inferior. The first morning, I ordered boiled eggs, I waited for more than 30 mins or so, then checked with the staff. They responded eggs had to be cooked - clearly we don't need 30 mins for hard boiled eggs. It was brought out less than 10 mins after I checked in with them You could have just admitted the order was missed and apologised. Also staff didn't show me where I could get water on the first day. I checked in and got to my room before 5pm. Complimentary filtered water bottle was brought to my room after 8pm. I can't understand how this is helpful. This is an odd customer welcome journey - it's all about the right moment at the right time - wondering if the hotel wants guests to drink and pee at night and that's why they brought it to the room so late? The same thing happened the following day. The sauna had very loud music and poor quality speakers so it's not at all a relaxing time in the sauna. I requested the music be turned down or turned off but obviously no change was made. Overall this hotel falls short of my expectations and I don't recommend.

Schönes Boutique Hotel in der unmittelbaren Nähe der Innenstadt. Hervorragendes Frühstück: klein aber sehr fein. Die Zimmer (leider) auch sehr klein, das ist das einzige Manko. 2 Personen mit je einem Koffer können kaum aneinander vorbei gehen im Zimmer, das Bett ist 20 cm von der Wand entfernt. Nicht schlimm, man muss es einfach auf dem Schirm haben. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Absolutely top-notch service. Reception desk staff was extremely helpful with pointers about Oslo and areas near Oslo. We enjoyed our breakfasts everyday, because of the food and — again — superb service. Very clean and cozy rooms. I’d be happy to go back to this hotel.
