"Great central location. Being a Vegan I asked if they had a good selection of food for the breakfast, I need not have asked, the breakfast spread was the best I have ever seen and we have been to a lot of hotels. That said they did ask me what I wanted (hash browns) and got me some anyway! You must get the breakfast included if you stay at this hotel - it is awesome! "I was a bit surprised by the location. The whole Oslo felt safe to walk around, but not the area near by this hotel. Once inside, the hotel is clean. The room is well maintained although it’s not well lit. The bed is a bit small ; the kitchen doesn’t have a microwave."

"Nice place but a bit on the tiny side. It would have been nice to at least have a mini fridge in the room to keep some breakfast things handy. Had problems with my electronic key and iPhone, problem was fixed by giving me a physical key fob. Hope they get this sorted before it happens to other guests with iPhones!"

"Location is fantastic. 9* The room size is small clean which is alright. Noisy external tram / train noise. Later midngt, young guys with loud music hanging around. At 3am next door room had late ngts screaming laughing. Hard to sleep."

"Comfy hotel across the square from Oslo central station. Some rooms may be noisy late on weekends due to people out partying (ear plugs solved that!), but otherwise it’s a great hotel, really convenient for transport ."

"All meals including Fikka were provided. At the moment there’s a construction site opposite which worked on Saturday and very early Monday. Close your windows and it’s okay. Fairly close to the train station, which is what we needed. Even though there’s a strike on with maid staff you’d never tell. The staff were very friendly and enthusiastic."

"This hotel is beautiful and the staff was amazing! I didn’t like the parking because it’s very difficult to find and navigate to a space. There are also many stairs you have to carry all your luggage up and down. I would recommend this hotel but pack light!"
