Friendly, helpful, obliging and pleasant reception staff. Wonderful first impression.
Great variety for breakfast.
Room very clean, as was whole hotel.
Lovely towels.
Good room, good breakfast. It's far from town and not many restaurants around, you'll have to walk for a bit. But if you stay for a concert or so, I'm sure it's great.
Really nice hotel, lovey rooms with huge windows with great views (even if they are towards other buildings). Brilliant breakfast with a huge choice and nice restaurant. Only downside was how far it is to a bus stop and therefore central Oslo/anywhere to eat. Fine to walk to a bus/metro when it’s not raining but didn’t fancy it at night so got an Uber/Bolt (very easy).
Staff all lovely and whole hotel well kept from what we saw.
The hotel was lovely, modern and the staff were great. Daily room service was available if you want it. And a good range of options for breakfast buffet. Main downside is the beds were really uncomfortable- we booked a queen bed and got two single beds pushed together.

Great hotel with access to public trasport. Healthy and delisious brekfast. And on a top of it great price. It was the best weekend in Oslo.
The view from the room was incredible, huge wall sized window! The room itself was lovely and the staff were super friendly. The restaurant looked lovely but nothing on the menu took our fancy so we ate at the local dominos
Property was clean, safe and our room was modern, clean and spacious. Best part was the awesome breakfast buffett. Plenty of choices for bread, cheeses, gruits, cold cuts, drinks. The hotel was about a 10 minute walk to the nearest metro
Fantastic breakfast selection. Not sure why breakfast had to start an hour later on weekends. Quiet area around hotel but hotel just four stops on metro from central station.
Lovely room, very comfy bed but noisy fridge and air con unit. Excellent service from the staff. Good buffet breakfast with plenty to choose from.
Sting in the tail ~ paying 330Kr [about £25] a day for parking.
The hotel is very well located with access to transit less than a 10 minute walk. The room was comfortable with a few quirks, including the mini-fridge being well, super mini. It was difficult to hold anything except the smallest items. The breakfast was great, albeit sometimes a bid crowded. I would consider staying here again if I found myself back in Oslo.
