"Hôtel à 10mns à pieds de Big Ben. 10mns à pieds d’une station de métro qui mène directement à la gare San Pancras. 2mns à pied du Musée Tâte Britain. 2mns de la Tamise pour les balades nocturnes. Le moins aimé chambre étroite distance TV yeux pas assez grande. Nous avons choisi 2 lits mais ils étaient collés donc pas de différence avec un grand lit. Pas de bouteille d’eau disponible dans la chambre à notre arrivée . No flyer in the room listing the available services."

"If you are looking for a budget hotel this fits the bill there are no frills. The accommodation that I stayed in was in block two which does not look like the pictures you see on the website. My stay was for two nights the location is very central and was convenient for my needs. Check in took a while as had to complete a registration form before being able to check in which included inputting ID documents! Staff were friendly with luggage storage."

"Room was clean and in a great part of the city, within walking distance to a lot of the sights. Our fight got in early but we were able to pre check-in and they stored our bags for us while we went out and explored. Staff was friendly. Would recommend."

"Room was clean, with a spacious bathroom. The only issue was a bad sewer smell coming from the shower. We were too tired from our journey to ask to change rooms. Also disappointed to have no view and instead looked right across into someone’s apartment living room."

"The hotel was nice and clean. The internet was not working. The gym didn’t open until 7 am and when I asked the front desk the night before if I could go in an hour earlier in the morning they said no. This was very disappointing."

"The room was just that. I booked a hotel not a basic room. No emeneties in the room at all. The bath panel had fallen off, we asked for extra pillows but not forthcoming. Not worth the money we spent as this hotel is now a hostel."
