"Staff absolutely kind - they changed me the room in order to checkin before the available time. Room and bathroom very clean. Room free space a little bit small for 2 people - you do not have enough space to leave your baggage (if the big one). Wifi very good - I worked from there and no problems about videocall. You cannot see the sea but it is 2 minutes walking from the main beach. You can also find a lot of places where to drink and eat what you want."

"We stayed a night before a cruise and had requested a quiet room…. Which we did not get. All the noise from the lobby was heard in our room. The breakfast room was a wreck, they were so disorganised, no cutlery on our table, no cups at the coffee machine, they had run out of stuff and no staff as they were all running around. "This really is a little Oasis next to the beach. We had a wonderful view of the palm trees and the beach. The pools were lovely and not busy. The best thing is the food. Breakfast and evening dinner, loads of choice. Entertainment is excellent too. Dukes band did an Abba tribute one night and a Queen tribute another night. The Tina Turner show was also great. Empire vocal group from South Africa were spot on with their Greatest night in pop show. Will be going back for the third time"

"Hotel is very clean, the pool area was cleaned/mopped every morning. No sun-bed wars at all. 20 minute from the centre/ Mogán mall, we walked up and down every night. All staff very lovely and welcoming. Happy hour between 12-1300 with good selection of drinks. Only thing I would is that we were told breakfast is from 8am but it was 9/9:30am- could be abit more of an option £8 for either ‘American breakfast’ which wasn’t a big portion at all or continental to choose between pastry’s/fruit etc...

"Wir hatten eine Superior Suite mit Hafenblick. Die Unterkunft ist für eine Stadtwohnung groß und die Trennung Schlafraum / Wohnzimmer / Badsezimmer mit Küchenecke sehr praktisch. Es hat uns gut gefallen. Die Möblierung ist halt vielgenutzt und die Betten sind sehr weich/durchgelegen. Auf dem Schlagsofa im Wohnzimmer ist das für den Rücken schon eine Herausforderung.
