This wasn’t may best experience but I can say the area was really good as it’s very central and everything (beach, stores, buses) are walkable. I also felt super safe in the location as a solo female. I also liked the modern design of the property although some of the finishes were poorly done (e.g paint on tiles etc). I loved the easy check in/out process and that it was digital too and communication was fairly good although at times confusing. I really struggled with noise here, this property is not sound proof at all so I could hear my neighbours as they had a child who started up later than me and also being only on the 1st floor I could here a great deal of noise outside. I could barely sleep and suffered the worst few nights sleep I’ve had in a while. I would highly recommend asking for 3rd floor or higher and then hoping you don’t get loud children/neighbours next door. This property really needs soundproofing as you can here everything!!! I also struggled with cleanliness as my flat was not properly cleaned on arrival it haf hair everywhere and the kitchen sink had reallt bad drain smell emitting around the room. The team did send cleaners to clean the bathroom again but failed to address the kitchen sink and i found the customer service to be quite dismissive of me when i expressed this "no one else has complained" overall i wont be back when i visit las palmas again i have booked somewhere else and this is primarily down to customer service interaction.

Ren, bekvemmelig og central lejlighed

Skøn lejlighed, perfekt beliggende tæt på, strand, indkøb, transport og restaurenter. Sengen var perfekt, køkkenet var veludstyret og hele stedet var meget rent og pænt. Det ansvarlige personale var på pletten ved hver en henvendelse og hjalp med små udfordringer med et smil. Eneste minus var at angivne tagterrasse endnu ikke er møbleret. Den var årsag til at jeg valgte stedet.
