This hotel is everything and more it advertises itself to be. A beautiful location, wonderful staff that are all very helpful and friendly and a fantastic choice and quality of food. We will definitely be returning.

Nice hotel with very friendly staff, good beds, good good. The heated pool on the 11th floor was a highlight. However, a minor concern was the loose tiles on the 10th floor, which caused me to trip twice.

It is out of the way of everything so a bit of an oasis of peace and quiet (except the building work going on at the moment opposite the hotel!) But if you want a relaxing place to stay away from the hustle and bustle its a great choice. You have to go half board as there are limited dining options avaliable around the property. Food is an excellent choice and staff cant do enough. Would return in a heartbeat.

Only had 2 nights but our room was in need off redecorating. Our balcony had no sun all day and was extremely windy and door didn’t seem to want to stay shut. Buffet style restaurant is not to our liking - food was not hot and some people were extremely rude and wouldn’t queue. Staff were all very attentive and helpful.

All good except 50e to rent a cart!

Here for the golf: interesting course, comfy accommodation and good food at the all you can eat Sens buffet. Green fee is in line with other courses on island BUT the first tee is a long way from the pro shop and hotel (the practice ground is even further) so it is impractical to play without a cart. Whilst one might tolerate 25e extra to hire a buggy to be charged 50 if there are 2 people using it is just plain wrong. Sort this out please!

The resort and surroundings are picture perfect! The hotel staff are friendly and helpful. We had the buffet breakfast and dinner. There are plenty of choices and every eve is somewhat different. I really think there is something for everyone. I would absolutely return! Thank you very much.

Paradise. Absolute Paradise. This resort was by far the best resort we have ever stayed in. The property and the setting was unparalleled. We enjoyed every minute of our time here. The pools, the restaurants and the bar were amazing. Our two favorite staff members Barbara and Silvano served up the most AMAZING drinks my husband and I have ever tasted. We enjoyed ending our nights with them. Hats off to this resort, they really are doing things right!

It’s a great property. I don’t think it’s a family resort but they try to accommodate child free zones with child friendly zones. I think they need to choose or flip the child free zones to larger areas as the pool was jammed and the massive pools were empty. Other than that - its beautiful but I wouldn’t come back with kids.

For small kids ok. For a 15 year old, nothing to do. Even a walk is like in the dessert. Is to far away from any city if you are without a car. The shuttle goes only to one village. Iff you take an all inclusive it is not true, you still need to pay for all drinks. For a 5 start resort it felt minor. To expensive for what we had.

A really fantastic week spet here, so much we are already looking to book up again. The resort is in a stunning setting, our block that we were in was at the far left, very quiet with moutain, golf course and sea vies (in the Drago building). We are a couple and were concerned about having kids by the pool but there is an adult only pool on the roof that gets the sun all day that was so relaxing and beautiful! The food was exceptional, great choice for breakfast and evening meals always had fresh fish, meat and then a themed choice too! I would only recommended staying half board as there are no other dining options in the area and it was excellent. We had a car for the week to explore but there is a shuttle bus you can use that goes down to maspalomas. All staff were freindly and we cant wait for another week of relaxation.

Luxury hotel with views!

Absolutely amazing hotel. Very pleasant stay overall. I can highly recommend this to anyone. 11th floor area with sunbeds and pool magnificent. Just a few recommendations for improvement. 1. Shower. The shower should maintain constant temperature through the showering. Now the water temperature was chancing all the time. 2. Even rhough almost everyone has half board, many people still want to have lunch. Would be nice if there would be different options for lunch such as tapas or smaller bites which are easy to take to the sun beds for example.

Het is een heerlijk hotel met geweldige voorzieningen, een prachtige schone kamer, Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel, een heerlijk uitgebreid ontbijt- en dinerbuffet met vers bereide gerechten. Wij hebben genoten van het prachtige uitzicht op het dakterras waar je heerlijk rustig kunt liggen en zwemmen.

En deilig oase tjue minutters kjøretur fra kysten. Særlig fint var området oppe, med gode solstoler og kafe/bar. Lur fordeling der barnefamiliene kunne bruke flere fine bassenger, mens oppe-området hadde 16-årsgrense. fine verandaer. Den italienske restauranten ved inngangen til området er en tjue minutters spasertur unna, og er helt super.

Zimmer direkt zur Hotel Auffahrt ziemlich laut. Yoga Angebot hat trotz mehrfachen, proaktivem Nachfragen nie stattgefunden. Management hat Keinerlei Entschädigung angeboten.

Schon bei der Ankunft im Hotel wird man herzlich vom Personal empfangen und sofort in den einzigartigen Salobre-Vibe hineingezogen. Neben dem exzellenten Service, dem großartigen Essen und dem stilvollen Hotel-Design bietet das Resort zahlreiche Pools und abwechslungsreiche Outdoor-Aktivitäten, die den Aufenthalt perfekt abrunden. Ein besonderes Highlight sind der Shuttle-Service zum Strand sowie die unkomplizierte hauseigene Autovermietung von AVIS, die maximale Flexibilität ermöglicht. Zusätzlich ist auch der Service erstklassig! Fazit: Ein rundum empfehlenswertes Hotel – wir kommen sicher wieder!
