"Amazing hotel and staff! Everything was lovely: the breakfast at Toscana, the two gentleman at the Unique pool, the pools are amazing! There were a few staff that acted like they didn't want to be there, however everyone else was amazing and made up for those members of staff. I will definitely be returning here!"

"Lovely bungalow which had everything you need for a self catering holiday. Bungalows have reserved sun loungers with an umbrella which is good. Supermarkets, various shops, restaurants and bars only a short walk.The staff are really friendly and helpful. "
"Overall quality of the room was awful. Some of the plugs didn’t work. There were bugs and insects constantly crawling around, ants, spiders, mosquitoes and other insects! Some had been squashed against the walls and ceilings by previous occupants and you could see the marks of dead squashed insects on the paintwork. Corners of the walls were crumbling, shower was AWFUL, worst I’d ever had in hotel. Shower head was disgusting and hot water ran out in 8 minutes. Water leaked everywhere from the shower cubicle. One of the worst rooms I’ve ever stayed in, in my life! The hotel staff were very nice and helpful, this was the only positive, they were always friendly and polite. Food in the restaurant was good/ok. They had good gluten free options for breakfast also."
