"This resort was awesome and nestled in a perfect location that gives you views and a nice soothing rustic vibe. Rooms were clean, comfortable and relaxing. Just a quick hop to downtown N. Conway but feels isolated in a good way from the crowds and chatter. Restaurant was excellent with great service, and the bar is very impressive as well. Nothing negative to say at all. Only weird thing was that the "spa" is not really a spa, but a converted guest room where they bring in "independent contractors" for treatments. But that's ok because my girlfriend got a massage there and she said it was the best one she has ever had, and she has had them from spas in high end resorts. Will definitely come here again!"

"Went there about 7PM, everything was very good and well conversation.. Comfortable bed and yeah lamp looks so good and peace and quiet place. Love it! I would say, if possible if management can add a microoven in room it would be very great. Also, not sure if everybody would like it, I wouldnโ€™t prefer somebody come where we are staying without our presence, If a gurbage can could be managed outside I would have taken all the trashes out by myself. And rather than that all was very good lovely place. Must say very QUIET! Thanks for the hospitality!"

"Facility was great and rooms were clean. The suites were great for families traveling with children. It is unfortunate that the restaurants are closed for renovations. That made it difficult, since we had to drive 20-25 minutes to get to restaurants, which was not easy to do at night. They were not very organized about setting up the coffee and danishes in the morning, which they promised to have. The suites were not set up with coffee, tea, sugar or creamers, so we had to depend for coffee in the lobby. When it was finally set up, the danishes were of very limited quantity and not of good quality. Coffee was good , though. The kitchen staff was very courteous and pleasant. However, the front desk staff were not."
