"Overall, a very nice property. Great for adults looking for a getaway—rooms all 18+. We stayed in the Tuckerman suite and appreciated the huge bathroom complete with robes/slippers. Fireplace was nice but a little finicky sometimes (fire would go out and then come back on). One thing that would really be a nice addition to the rooms is having smart TVs that guests can sign in and stream shows to. The cable TV was a little hard to navigate and there were no options we could find to rent movies, etc. Spa was beautiful and very relaxing. Got a wonderful hot stone massage during the stay. Complimentary breakfast was a good start to the day. We had an excellent dinner one evening and it was nice to relax with drinks in the bar. All the staff we encountered were so nice & helpful! "

"Average lodge in Jackson. Lot was clear of snow and ice. Minimal interaction with staff. Easy check in/out. Room was poorly cleaned prior to arrival (left over hair in shower, ?dirt stains on comforter). Hot water heater is set very high, be careful, especially with children, it could easily burn you. "
