"I would give the overall rating very good. The room was very spacious. The pool area definitely needs some work. Broken pieces of trim and flooring. Staff was fine, stayed here to ride the ATV trails. I will say it was very convenient and plenty of parking."

They truly proved us with everything we needed to relax and enjoy our stay right away. We loved the fireplace, extra fluffy towels, comfortable bed, welcome prosecco and chocolates, daily cider and cookies in the lounge and the incredible wrap around porch complete with the view of autumn leaves with a fire burning in the fire pit. The attention to detail was amazing! From the owner, who checked us in, to each and every waitstaff serving us for our four night stay for breakfast and one dinner, we were also blown away by the warmth of the staff and willingness to go the extra mile with sightseeing advice, etc. It was the perfect first visit to New England and 30th anniversary celebration. Thank you!"

The tv is great you get a bunch of channels automatically, usually it’s a fight to get anything working."
