"We loved the property. It’s a beautiful spot. Breakfast was delicious. The stocked pantry is a nice touch especially the cookies. The one down side was our visit to the Alpine bar. I think it was understaffed. The bartender was responsible for making all the drinks plus taking food orders. As a result we waited quite a while to put in a food order. The service was not very good because of these issues. I realize he was overworked but an apology for the wait time would have been nice."

What truly sets this place apart, though, is the hospitality: the owners and staff made me feel exceptionally welcome, comfortable, and well cared for throughout my stay. "We Entered as Guests and Truly Left as Friends The Inn at Jackson was one of the highlights of our trip. From the moment we arrived, the inn felt warm, comfortable, and genuinely welcoming. JP, the innkeeper, was friendly, helpful, and always ready with great advice. Owner Anthony welcomed us personally and gave us a grand tour of this magnificent historic inn, sharing its history, unique features, and his best recommendations for things to see and do around Jackson. Our room was beautiful, the bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the jetted tub was amazing after a full day of hiking. The gathering spaces are rich, warm, and homey, with the kind of character that cannot be manufactured. Breakfast was homemade and excellent. We enjoyed French toast, blueberry pancakes with real maple syrup, and perfectly prepared omelets. It was clear that real care went into every detail. The location is also ideal. You can easily walk into Jackson while still enjoying the peaceful atmosphere of the inn. Their motto is, “Enter as our guest…leave as our friend.” That is not just a slogan. It perfectly describes our experience. Anthony and JP made us feel instantly at home, and we would absolutely stay here again."
