"We booked a room with a balcony and it was supposed to be a certain price , I didn’t even notice until we had already checked in and it was late that we didn’t get the balcony , whole reason I paid the extra money. On top of that they charged us an extra 150$ that came off my card after check in . I think this is on both the hotel and Expedia because I had 2 options of rooms one with balcony one with big tub , we wanted the balcony . "I was traveling alone and really enjoyed the on-site dining and bar. I did not have to leave the property for anything. The staff was excellent, so kind and professional. The ocean views were wonderful and the pool area was very relaxing. I think it would be a great place for families with small children."

"The master bathroom toilet leaks around the base so don’t leave the toilet paper beside the toilet! The room was not cleaned properly. Our shower was nasty, and the floor had sand and hair on it. The stairs by the elevator smelled like the monkey exhibit at the zoo. The elevators times are awful. I wish every floor had a walkway from the condo to the parking garage then the elevator wait times would be better, instead of just the first 6 floors. Women at the resort were wearing inappropriate...

"The website is outdated. This property looks nothing like the pictures. Your room provides two towels only, no washcloths. and a mini fridge is the only extra in the room. The TV didn’t even work. We could not figure out how to even check in and then once we were checked in, we could not locate staff members to get anything we needed or to ask questions. The rooms were not Terrible but a place to sleep is all it was."
