The staff went above and beyond. When we got there, our room was not on the Gulf side. There was only one room left, but they were able to change it, and seemed happy to do it. We had dinner in their restaurant and the staff was friendly and helpful. We will definitely go back to this hotel!

Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
Our stay was generally good for most part. But the the fact that we had mold in the shower curtain area was not good, and the fact that it sometimes takes like 10 minutes just to be able to get up or down the elevator was very disappointing. Also the breakfast menu did not change within the entire 9 days that we were there! You need to pay for parking and the cabana’s and the umbrellas etc. They need to take more care of their guests since we’re already paying a lot just to stay at their hotel. Breakfast staff were amazing, front desk weren’t really welcoming. Oh and one more positive is that their pizza is good in the downstairs restaurant.

We had a wonderful time, hotel was clean and very Good service. Breakfast was delicious with many options in the buffet We were here in 2025 and came this year, and planing to come in 2027 ! My only concern this year was Security. All gates with lock code were open for anybody to enter the facility

2/10 Terrible

Liked: Staff & service
Disliked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities
The room was dirty upon arrival: the furniture and air conditioner were dusty, the bedspread and pillows smelled bad, the carpet was dirty and smelled bad, the shower and bathtub were moldy, and the bathroom didn't even have half the toilet paper, which I think should be full to look presentable. The walls need maintenance. Breakfast was good, and the staff serving it were very attentive. The beach is easily accessible, but the room and some parts of the hotel don't match the description on the website at all.

We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights. In general really comfortable and nice, and beautiful view! But we don’t like that elevator was really slow, and always need to wait for it. Also it’s not free parking there, and fee for renting chairs pretty expensive.
