"Traveled with 2 small kids, many positives but also few negative. Positive first, great location with free parking, heated pool was great especially during early April, access to clean beautiful beach and nice landscape. Kids get coupons for free meals with adult food purchase. Movies at night for kids and descent entertainment. Food overall was ok , pretty pricey for what it was. Drinks ok. Negative: kids splash area needed maintance, resort offers daily light cleaning ( garbage out, new towels) we asked multiple times to make sure we get the cleaning but it just didn't happened. Night before check out cleaning came at 7pm when we were already putting kids to sleep. Out of 6 nights, we had cleaning twice ( again we were asking daily for it, due to sand everywhere and wet towels) Rooms overall were ok but there was the moldy smell due to the carpet under the beds. Restaurant service was ok but super long wait times. Ice cream shop was closed almost all the time. Resort needs a cafe to get coffee. I would recommend the place for families but it definitely feels like 3.5 star hotel. "

"Gym is not 24hrs. Quiet area on the cheaper side of town away from all the fun wild fun. New and clean with pool half in half out and breakfast."

"Pros: breakfast, room, beach access, amenities, beach staff Cons: not enough elevators, many interactions with staff members, many guests used the amenities like a daycare and left their children unattended "

"Everyone had a good time and a nice place to stay. It's easy to see how a very popular spring break location could have troubles with guests. I'm very happy things went well, I the 43 year old man who booked the stay am the only one who drinks beer. Not to party I simply enjoy the beverage. It worked out great for those kids! "
