Walked right out to the beach! Although we didn't use the pool, we walked by it and it was clean. Beds were comfortable and rooms were spacious. Staff was helpful in recommending places to eat. Would definitely recommend this place.

The hotel initial looked older but we were pleasantly surprised at the updated rooms, comfortable beds, access out your door to the beach, and a great sunning and kids area. It has the outer feel of the older hotels but the comfort of new rooms. We would stay here again. Great staff.

The view was beautiful, of course. We stayed in a walk out patio room. The best one available! Probably my favorite place so far, super close , walkout beach access. The hotel is old, but very clean. The beds are hard. But, I’d definitely stay again.

First got a room without view also all rooms have a beach view - front desk ‘found’ a room which had no towels, hand soap and seemed to need quite a bit of fixing up and that during spring break season. Pool and pool area seemed nice and kids loved it.

The balcony, view and easy accessibility to the beach far make up for anything else. If you have any physical limitations I suggest you make sure you are on the ground level. The staff were great. We arrived off the road several hours before check-in and they allowed us to check-in early. I wish we could have stayed longer.

The area is nice the rooms are set up good, but real dirty stains on the bedding. Had cockroaches in my room no towels, the bathtub wouldn’t drain had hair and other trash coming up, the shower head leaked everywhere. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. The staff was helpful and nice.

We stayed for 2 nights at this location. It is a very dated location with few upgrades. Beach access is easy Pool is spacious Cleanliness is needed for sure No amenities (not even pools towels) There are much better options out there.. we found it once we arrived and checked in. Will definitely explore other hotels if we come back to panama beach again.

The view from your room was incredible. Your private balcony overlooked the Gulf of America and was amazing. They had a tiki bar where you could get a cocktail by the pool. Those are the positives. The rooms were terrible the places run down and it's a throwback to the 1950s. If they would retro with paint and such the place could be spectacular like something out of old Hollywood but as it is it's terribly run down and not someplace I would stay again. But that view!

I loved this property overall. The view and amenities were great, and I really enjoyed my stay. However, the room was not cleaned very well, and there was sand in the beds, which was disappointing. Aside from that issue, everything else was enjoyable. Staff was great!

The bathroom is dirty, toilet was not clean when we check in. I have to buy clorox wipes and spray to disinfect the bathroom and room. The room is dusty, floor has several beach sand. Bath towels are small. The only good thing is the location, in front of beach and close to the fishing pier.

Upon check in the staff was not as polite as other places I have stayed. The room was adequate but the location was prime! The hotel did not pist that there is NO SMOKING AT ALL ON PROPERTY except for one "smoking area" and said if you were caught smoking even in your car on property you would be charged a $300 penalty. Also they do not accept debit cards from any bank that doesnt have a "brick and mortar" location so no chime, varo, onepay, cashapp, etc. We did not partakr in the pool area but the beach was spectacular!

The room floors and shower were disgusting. My child’s feet were black. We asked them to come clean it which they did without hesitation but it was still turning the feet and towels black. See a couple roaches in the bathroom. The walls of the shower had black mildew and the roof of the shower did also! The staff was amazing.
