We hope you told the office of the issues in your room so it could be remedied.Regarding the weather and the pool, some things are out of our control and we do need to do pool maintanance and unfortunatley this means closing the pool sometimes. Hi Andrew, thank you for your feedback. We know we can always improve on what we do. The apartments are scheduled for a spring clean now that the Dec/Jan months are behind us. None of the apartments have been vacant long enough for housekeeping to undertake that over the past 2 months. Please book direct if you travel to Broadbeach and we will be able to offer you a 5% discount and our complimentary inclusions to enjoy during your stay.
