Great location. 15min walk to either surfers or Broadbeach. Excellent facilities, great restaurants. Well maintained and clean. Easy parking. Great and helpful team. We enjoyed a fantastic week here. Food was great too, room service team very friendly and accommodating.

It's an attractive hotel on paper but think twice as better options exist on the coast. The design results in a pool not fit for purpose as it is too small and the Langham is famous for the the "wind tunnel" due to poor design which pummels the pool area. The hotel has a real lack of food around lunch time which forces you to go elsewhere as the pool options are narrow as are the lobby bar. Cleaning was a great disappointment for several reasons. The hotel advertises that bed linen would be changed every second day yet was never changed in our 4 nights. Used plates and empty bottles were not cleared and part of our coffee machine mysteriously disappeared with the cleaner on day 3 without explanation. Whilst it's not quite a cleaning issue the shower was faulty as the diversion valve just didn't divert.

After an intial problem with our room not having working air con. The Manager upgraded our room, to a beautiful ocean view room for the rest if our stay. l simply could not fault all the staff, they were fabulous.

Lovely lovely hotel. Amazing service and felt very genuinely clean. Only complaint would be the outdoor pool. It’s a bit small for so many people and children. Would love to see an adults only pool added. Regardless 10/10 stay.

We arrived before check in were not given the day card had to go back and forth 3 times to get it activated. We went to the pool area to relax there were no sun lounges in the sun available. We finally got 2 and sat on them and the shade came over after 5 minutes. We moved again and sat for 10 minutes then decided this is ridiculous so we went to the beach. When our room was finally ready we went up and found the balcony which was advertised was not the same as on the website. It was all enclosed bar one window, this room was the supposed to be the Junior ocean view suite. The next day we went to the gym in the morning and went to the pool area once again no sunlounges in the sun we moved 3 times before giving up and going to the beach. The 3rd day I put my book on 2 sunlounges before my walk on the beach by1.45pm no sun again. We went to the beach which was extremely windy. Also they had a conference on for the last 3 days we were there which looks directly over the pool area. Morning tea & lunch were so noisy. You cannot swim laps in the pool as it’s impossible with too many people in it. To top things off on the Wednesday night the TV blasted on at 2am in the morning we were sound asleep, with there advertising. The remote control was on the table opposite the bed where it couldn’t be knocked. The middle lift stopped working on the Wednesday and was not fixed. The pool gates didn’t open properly. The balcony filled with moths. So disappointed will never recommend.

We had an excellent stay at the Langham. It’s close to everything and has everything. We used the pool, gym, spa, sauna, room service, indoor pool. Staff are very professional and friendly. The room was beautiful. We had the ocean view and also hinterland view on the side. We could watch the sunrise and sunset. The suite had everything you need in it for an extended stay. The Langham Gold Coast is a perfect resort to arrive, enjoy the luxury, the incredible service, the views and the pools. No need to go anywhere but if you do Broadbeach and Surfers are only a short walk away. We would highly suggest having an ocean view room.

A lovely hotel. The bar food at the pool was very average and expensive for what you get. There was hardly any equipment in the kitchen, no bread board, toaster etc. The magnesium pool was lovely!

Beautiful property. Everything is spotless from the room to the lobby. Amenities are wonderful. Only negative is the tiny pool, the restaurant Sunny 26 which is not great. The young French lady at the reception was wonderful and very helpful.
