"The staff were very friendly, all saying good morning. They were helpful and were prepared to go above and beyond. Breakfast was good My only concern was that the duvet seemed a little small"

"Really excellent budget hotel The room was clean, comfortable and very well designed. Only two very mild criticism. You had to put the card in "head first" to open the door but a member of staff appeared as if by magic to let me in. Secondly I brought my own kettle because you said you didn't provide one but I'm fact a kettle was there "
