"Check-in experience good and room nice and clean, pool area and changing rooms quite tired and not particularly clean in areas. Staff very helpful, and overall a good hotel stay, would stay again. Would just recommend being mindful of pool times as I went on Sunday evening and it was incredibly busy with children jumping in and out of the pool and hot tub all the way up until closing, so unless you are there during the adult-only times, you may have a bit of disruption."

"Lovely hotel, fantastic value for money! The staff were very helpful and friendly and the house keeping staff had made a real effort to decorate the room for our 5 year old's birthday. The pool was a brilliant amenity, and very appreciated by our 5 year old, made it feel more special. The room was huge and had everything we needed, our only slight issue was how warm the room got, as there is no AC and the room and bathroom are a little tired but considering the cost it is definitely value for money and we would definitely return."

"Brilliant overnight stay. Very close to the road, so a little noisy as we had to have the windows open. Shower had a very weak flow. Breakfast wad lovely, hot and fresh. Staff, very polite and helpful. We felt having to pay to park at the hotel we were staying in was unnecessary, it should be included in the stay. Few negatives, but would definitely stay again"

"Staff are very friendly, helped us sort out bus and train schedules and fastest route to get into London. There is a Lidl grocery store across the street, fresh pastries every morning made for fast easy breakfast if you donโt want to eat at the restaurant in the hotel. Shopping Center with Starbucks and McDonaldโs is about a 5 minute, bus stops are within a 2 minute walk. We are a family of 4, visiting London for the first time so wasnโt sure how far away, but it is about 30 minute service to London Bridge Station from Bexley or Abbywood station."
