"OK Lodge is just a name; what is is is a (nicely) extended and converted terraced house opposite a park; so now a few studio flats, with some common areas. Modern and clean but a couple of issues - like oven not even wired in; no table to eat off; and also whilst we booked for 3 adults and was confirmed; they called to say max was 2 adults & a child and would not refund the extra £50 for the 3rd adult (who couldn't now come of course) and I had to go through Expedia to get resolved. "Room was clean, staff were courteous, supportive and very responsive However, some additional care and energy should be directed at overall cleanliness and upgrade of amenities. During our second stay, we had to change room as the toilet bowl in our allocated room had terrible and visible stain underneath and this caused my wife (a very clean and meticulous woman) upset. Also, the installed heater was dysfunctional and an external heater had to be brought to us Overall we were pleased "

The only thing we were asking was, if there was any cold beverages in the room for example if there would be some cold drinks such as cold water provided or cold refreshing fizzy drinks. Other than that we were very pleased with the condition and how cozy the stay was "

"We had an amazing stay for my partners birthday. The little touches that the hotel did were so lovely. The staff were amazing and nothing was too much trouble. Make sure you eat at the Korean cowgirl as it was great potion sizes and good value for money. The only thing I wish was a bit better was the spa, if it was a bit bigger and had more loungers."

From the super helpful ladies on the hotel reception to the top floor restaurant and bar for breakfast and dinner, again fantastic service & very friendly staff. Our room was lovely, very clean, all amenities you need, great size & view overlooking the airport. Perfect stay! Highly recommended… We’ll definitely be back when visiting the area again. Thanks "
