"There was some misunderstanding during our check-in. Which took approximately 2 hours before we could get access to our room. Beside the inconvenience we faced during our check-in, our stay was good. We stayed in a renovated area close to a swimming pool with different types of restaurants. We visited several a-la cart restaurants. We recommend the Indian and the international restaurants. "Jag är så nöjd med min vistelse, har varit på andra resort i hurghada men här var servicen på annan nivå! De är verkligen mån om dig som gäst, ser till att du har det bra och möter dig vid dina behov. Hotellet ligger väldigt bra till , nära butiker/bazar och kort taxi resa till senzo mall etc Maten på restaurangerna man kunde boka på var jätte goda!! "Staff went above & beyond to ensure our needs were met. Celebrated my birthday with free gestures. My only complaint is that the Uber app does not function on property. I had to have our daughter book from Cairo. The reason is that thr resort charges $40 to order an Uber. Booking through the app was only $9 USD for the same ride. "
