"Horrible experience. The room wasn't properly cleaned specially the shower. You hear a lot of noise from the street nearby so it's hard to have a good night. But honestly that is not what got it 1 star. Staff is very very pushy. During check in they send someone with you to "carry your bag" and even after declining he stayed in the room waiting for cash before leaving. In other instances you feel pressured to give cash for no reason. It's not the level of service we've found in Egypt. The private beach is very small between multiple shops. The spa can be nice if you overlook hygiene (you can see a lot of bugs in the changing areas). The rooftop was closed (for renovation) so we only tested the general restaurant and got sick from it after a day. We can't talk about the diving center since we were too sick to dive. I don't recommend this hotel."

"The resort is perfect, the hotel is beautiful.. the staff are amazing!! Highly recommended .. great location as it’s only a 5 minute taxi ride into Hurghada. It’s worthwhile going all inclusive as the drinks and food is expensive, but if you prefer just to go bed and breakfast, there are plenty of restaurants in town that are excellent value for money. Hurghada is safe and there’s plenty of bargains to have, just be prepared to barter the price and never pay what the shop keepers initially ask 😃"

"When I arrived I was told i was getting an upgrade however I was put on the only top floor room, and my room was the worst of my 3 friends. No impressed."

"We had good time, the receptionist on duty around 1am on Tuesday really helped us to settle in I don’t know his name, (description: he’s “short” and walk fast), I had severe headache Friday midnight the clinic was close he used his phone to call pharmacy but no response and he gave me paracetamol to ease the pain. He’s a star. The WiFi is not strong in my room but still had good time."
