Nice location, horrible cleanliness
This is the room they gave us, -Aircon leaking and the resulting puddle of water caused my wife to fall. Contacted the host and they tried to blame it on an open window/door which were btw closed. -spider webs all over the house -soiled undergarments and vape by the washing Machine

The mattress was slightly stained, perhaps the housekeeping team did not notice during check out cleaning but the team was very responsive and offered to change the bedsheets immediately. Property was slightly worn but clean. Property is walking distance to malls and there are convenient shops just downstairs, there’s also pool and gym facilities. Overall a good stay.

It is services apartment and not a hotel. There is no check in counter and when we get there the office is close. Expedia should have done more in how to check in after 10pm.

The place is in good location. Easy to get around. But the place does need a good cleaning and fixing needs to be done. Lots of broken items in the apartment. One pot provided beside a frying pan. Pot is old and has lots of burnt damage to it so was not able to use it entire time. They only gave us one glass between the 2 of us for 2 weeks. So I had to ask for second glass. Had to ask for forks as well. Overall is ok, just cleaning and touch up work and proper cooking pot should bring up the star.

Late check-in was quite difficult. I tried to contact the hotel for check-in guide, but no-one answered until i arrived at the entrance and the door guy helped me to contact the property staff. I didn't know they would charge a deposit and it was a bit complicated to give the deposit.

The property is comfortable for its price. There are some restaurants nearby and a food centre of walkable distance that serves nice food. Its amenities are great too. The service was good, quick to respond. However, extra towels are chargeable. So do take note of that. :)

Easy walking distance to shops, hawker centre and buses. TV couldn't plug into wall (needed an adaptor). Also digital TV had requirement to view programs (requires user to have paid subscription to services like Netflix and such other services ). Found no safe but instead had a lockable drawer instead. Nice swimming pool and well equipped gymn. A number of minor maintenance was needed and provided during my stay to bring unit up to standard. Internet service works well, unit was well furnished as per the description.

THIS IS THE WORST PLACE I STAYED It was advertised as enhanced clean but the place stank like a sewer, there was mould dirt and dust in bathrooms, the sheets had blood, the airconds were clogged with dirt and dust and were blowing this. The floors were dirty. The lounge was broken and couldnt be used. The bathroom vanity door was broken and a safety hazzard. The front door handle was broken. The washing machine was filthy. The kitchen pot was unusable and unsafe. The table in lounge was damaged. The bedheads were damaged and stained. The staff were useless and unhelpful and left me with no options but to stay in the filth. DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY the photos are very misleading and you do not get an apartment anything like the photos. This place should be taken down

Unit is quite big. Bed and pillows are okay. Room cleaning needs to be worked on. Half used tissue box provided and should have provided 1 more box. Only 1 roll of toilet paper provided with no spare and unfortunately I ran out during my stay.

ABSOLUTELY the WORST place ever. DO NOT STAY here. It is filthy and unsafe. When we tried to work with the management, they were totally unresponsive. When we tried to get hotels.com and Expedia.com to intervene, they did NOTHING. This place should NOT be on any booking site. IT IS TERRIBLE.

Not Worth the Money Spent
Please find below feedback from my family: 1. The check-in process was bad as there was no pre-notification that we were required to pre-arrange for it 48 hours before check-in date. 2. The apartment's elevators couldn't cope with the excessive number of passengers during peak hours (breakfast and dinner time). Only 3 elevators serve a building tower with 41 floors. We spent more than 30 minutes to get into an already congested elevator, not kidding! 3. There was no free / chargeable beverage provided in the room. We checked in late due to bad elevator congestion and check-in process. Worst, we were thirsty but we realized no beverage in the room and hence we had to go down to buy beverage from the nearby convenient store via the horrible elevator congestion again. 4. Yellowish stain on bedsheet. Overall, it was definitely not worth the value to stay with. We could have stayed and experienced better with other hotels based on this price.

The unforgivable problem with this property is that despite clearly communicating our late arrival time as per the provided instructions and the Landmark staff acknowledging receipt of this timing, no one responded upon our arrival (within 2 minutes from estimated arrival time given) and we were not able to enter. As such, we spent an hour and half standing outside the building trying to contact staff using all listed numbers before Expedia booked us into another facility. I cannot comment on the cleanliness, etc of this location, but it did not reach the minimum bar of actually letting us into the building and as such I cannot recommend it.

the only thing good about this place is, its very big for big family. but due to social distancing we were not allowed to share this place with my entire family and had to book to apartment. both apartment was not kept in proper condition.

Spacious but poorly managed unit
1. Floor is very sticky, like didn't clean for long time 2. Found a cockcroach in room 3. One of the room aircond keep auto turn off 4. Toiletries is only body shampoo and toilet paper, no hair shampoo, toothbrush and toothpaste provided But, many beds provided, if fully utilized the rooms, 12-15 ppl also no problem, nice view, good car park security and very convenient, many shops around the property

The place did not feel clean. We read a review about cockroaches but thought perhaps that was an exception but we were wrong. We saw cockroaches running around the floor one night!! Furniture were dated, with stains too.

Premier suite
I have extended my stay because i felt very comfortable there. There is dryer and mashing machine and also oven. Is like a home away from home. They also provide iron board iron and hair dryer. Staff are friendly and very kind. They handled my extended stays very well and efficient

Well maintained two bedroom apartment which was spacious enough for our family of 4. The management team we’re very responsive with requests, there was an on-site maintenance team to deal with any minor issues. Pool was great and check in / out very easy.

Spacious room with cool swimming pool
We booked a room for 3 but the amenities only came for 2. Luckily the staff was able to provide us with the missing blanket and towel. The room was spacious, and the swimming pool was good. The location was not the best but the space made up for it.

Met Polite Staff at Wonderfully Hotel
New, modern, big space, clean Studio room The most attractive is the Staff attitude, very polite. Feeling great when dealing with them during check in n check out. Excellent service Large & long swimming pool. A bit dirty. Didn't clean the pool during our 4D3N stay (sunday to wed)
