To make matters worse, I requested a refund from both the hotel and Expedia and was denied by both. Absolutely unacceptable. Would not recommend."

"This is not a safe place for female travelers. The house keeping manager (a man) kept coming in the room unannounced, without knocking, and seemed to be trying to steal. He was aggressive and walked in on us while we were changing. Do not stay here if you’re a woman. Additionally, the room was dirty and the garbage was full of soiled pads. The fridge had old food in it- just utterly disgusting."
