Very disappointing experience. We had to wait more than 15 minutes for an elevator—even though there are four, it seemed like only two were actually working. On top of that, the elevator stopped oddly at multiple floors even without anyone pressing the buttons, which made the wait even worse.
The room itself was acceptable, but the soundproofing was terrible. We could clearly hear conversations from the room next door—every word. To make matters worse, our neighbors were having a party and playing loud music at 11:00 PM, making it impossible to rest.
Overall, I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel.
