"We stay at this location frequently and always enjoy it. The apartments are spacious and well-equipped, with a full kitchen, washer and dryer, and everything we need for a comfortable stay. "This property accepted same day bookings but then declined to allow access for 72hrs or two business days. They originally said access would be allowed after 2 hours and took our damage deposit. After we paid the damage deposit they declined to let us in until after our check out day so they could confirm funds that were sent arrived in their bank account even though it was credit card through Expedia. "Arrived at the property. Still dirty, linens were still in tje washer. Door was open We walked right imside. Nothing was cleaned. They offered to fix it by sending a cleaning crew the next day. Okay, we went grocery shopping. Only to come back and discover the refrigerator was not working. I was melted in the freezer. Light in the refrigerator was broken. Getting ahold of someone was much more difficult then expected. Property mangment need to restructure the chain of command. They offer to move...

"This rental was beautiful very clean and spacious. The location is very convenient if you are visiting the downtown area and for local shopping. The host was prompt with communicating when needed. It is a three story rental so the only issue was how tiring the stairs could be since the elevator was not available to use. I would definitely recommend and book with this host and rental property again. "
