"The staff were amazing, but the experience was the total opposite. Booked a room with two beds and pull out couch. When we were finally done with our tournament and checked out the room (at midnight). The pull out couch had a sign that stated it was out of order. The front desk attendant was amazing and switched us to another room. The hotel its self was hot, the breakfast was limited to items, and I was also charged ten dollars for no reason. "

"I reserved a suite and the hotel claimed my standard room was a suite. I was still charged for the higher price. Then when I arrive, they have no towels. The breakfast was laughably disappointing. Only a sandwich from the freezer and questionable juice. The room phone didn’t work. The room also had an unstable gigantic hot tub instead of a shower. I will never ever come back with this company. Their service has dramatically fallen off a cliff. The night person was also in charge of security. How...
