Property is kinda old, it was good for a weekend we only used it to sleep and shower. Friendly staff right by the stadium its convenient location. I would stay there again, only thing is your gotta pay for parking

The room was clean and well maintained. The staff was courteous and helpful. We stopped to have a few drinks before our concert at the bar and the bartender was welcoming, recommended food, and also got us a shareride. We would stay here again.

The location is great because it’s in walking distance of Reliant Stadium. The hotel rooms are old and need to be updated. The lobby area is nice, the bar and Starbucks are great. The rest of the facility needs fixing up. Just make it more appealing to guests. We had to be moved from our first room due to ants… they were everywhere.

Very clean hotel just needs some remodeling in the bathrooms. Overall, great stay if you are attending the game since it’s walking distance. Starbucks inside was missing half of the things to make your order and went to the bar and no one took our order they just sat us down so we decided to leave after 10 minutes of no one coming.

The best thing about this was the location. We attended the AC/DC concert and this hotel was within walking distance. I would only stay if attending an event at the Reliant Staduim. Not bad, but not the best.

It is not a new hotel by any means but for its age and size it is still a great location to stay at especially for any Reliant Stadium event. It was very hot outside and indoors the AC was set pretty high as well. Rooms are outdated (bathrooms very)but for the price = reasonable. Bar was great, food was ok and other amenities were fine. $30 parking I guess was reasonable due to Texans football game that weekend. I would stay hear again for its convenience and hospitality.

The pro to this place is you can walk to the stadium which is why we picked this hotel. They also let us check out and leave our car in the parking lot which saved money on parking so that was great. The hotel room felt unsafe. There is a balcony off the room and only one of the locks latched. Also the latch on the front door was very loose. There was a hair in the bed which is gross but okay it happens. The sink was completely clogged and did not work. You can hear literally everyone everywhere. Outside or in other rooms so we were woken up by screaming kids by the pool very early. I would give this place 2 stars. Felt very unsafe but walking to the stadium was helpful.

The inside was clean, but smelled like there was a gas leak in the lobby upon arrival. The room was clean, with no odor. No refrigerator or microwave. The hotel is very old. They updated flooring, bathroom countertops, and beds, but the shower area and other furniture were very old. We had to hold the handle down for an extended period of time for the toilet to flush. The best part of the hotel is being close to the radiant stadium. We came for a concert and they are not good at getting people and cars out. We walked 6-8 min to the hotel (which is where some people paid to park for the concert). Overall, will do for a short trip.

The hotel is “ok” you get what you pay for, the pool is decent, the patios that have a pool view have shared patios. The pool area is decent it could be better, the windows look dirty, the elevator on the pool side seems like its breaking. This hotel definitely needs an upgrade. It was close to the NRG stadium and thats the reason we stayed here. But the rooms are very outdated. Theres holes in the walls and we found a huge cockroach. The bathroom had a bit of mold on the ceiling above the shower.. the staff is cool! Like i said you get what you pay for.

Everything was perfect except for the breakfast area restaurant. Service was not good. We waited for nearly 45 minutes before we finally got someone to take our order. The order was wrong but we accepted it because we had to get to the game.

The beds and pillows were comfortable but it needs a lot of attention when it comes to maintenance. Only 1 elevator was working, leaving us waiting up to 10 min each time we needed to use it. They charged for parking which was advertised as free parking when it was booked almost a year in advance. Location is close to NRG stadium with just a short walk. The staff was nice bit overall the hotel needs a facelift.

Although I was only there for an overnight stay my room was very clean and the hotel was extremely quite and comfortable. Unfortunately I had to leave the hotel quite early and couldn't experience the breakfast I was very pleased with my stay. Since I have to be at MD Anderson often I will definetly be staying at this location every time.

Booked this hotel to spend the night after a late arrival on Albany airport before proceeding to my trip deep in upstate NY. Property is older but clean and well maintained. They have a shuttle service from the airport to the hotel but when I arrived it wasn't there so I needed to book an Uber. Breakfast was a nice surprise, while not included in the reservation price it was plenty and tasty.
