"We were assigned a second floor room. We were taken there via the stairs, but later learned there was an elevator that my bother and I (79 & 81 years-old) would use to avoid the risk of falling, made more likely by slippers that kept falling off. Sleeping barely an inch or two above the floor made it a real challenge to get out of bed; you have been warned! Note that there is no small refrigerator or microwave in the room. "Nice Japanese breakfast. Variety of selections offered changed from day to day. Owner was very on top of the whole operation from check in to welcoming and seating is for breakfast. All staff were welcoming and friendly. Room was clean. "
