"Staff were friendly and helpful. Weather was cold and wet so we couldn’t use the pool much but the area around it was lovely. Plenty of outdoor seating. Older building but the rooms were comfortable and more modern. Very clean, and all the carpets were being cleaned floor by floor. Great location, 10 minutes walk to Disney Springs entrance. The resort fee includes free shuttles to the Disney parks and the hotel has a 30 mins early entrance. Really convenient for beating the crowds. Would stay here again."

"The staff here were welcoming and friendly. The property was clean. The location across from Disney Springs is perfect. Easy access to the pedestrian bridge, a short 3 minute walk to the entrance of Disney Springs. Will definitely stay here again"

"Internet spotty at times. Room reasonably clean. No blankets provided. View of lake and Disney properties is great. Balcony furniture is outdated. Laundry machine good. Floor tiles broken. Living room area is comfortable. Short walk to many amenities. Short drive to parks, restaurants. "
