"The room was dirty and the pillows were very cheap and uncomfortable. they had no internet i called the front office and they said it comes and goes and the worst was you couldn’t even get Netflix they had no tv they wanted you to buy any movie.and we paid like almost 500 for a Saturday night you would think it would be a better quality hotel I guess the only thing good was the location"

"There are drug addicts at all hours of the day and night outside of the hotel . Bums sleeping in the lobby . Police activity people getting arrested right outside of the casino area . The elevators and halls are overkill with fragrance smell . The staff was very nice . I would not recommend this hotel especially if you have kids with you ."

"The property itself was fine, but was very disappointed that the pool and hot tub were under construction—didn’t see that anywhere when booking. I was thrilled the hotel offered electric vehicle chargers, but non-electric vehicles were parked there all three nights we were there so we were never able to use it. Was also surprised the hotel didn’t offer any housekeeping during the 3 nights we were there. When I inquired they said they were too busy on the weekends."
