"Exceptional. Beautiful, clean, friendly staff. Beautiful artwork decor. One of the waitress at the restaurant made an effort to get to know us. She knew my family coffee order during breakfast and made sure we had our coffee the way we wanted it (lactose free milk) not many places in Cambodia have lactose free milk.
Front desk staff helped me when I had an issue with the ABA ATM machine across the street.

"What sets this hotel apart from others are the very nice and friendly staff that work there. They are always so welcoming and helpful in any situation. "
"We arrived and the reception desk did not have our reservation. The receptionist did not speak English and we had to communicate via our phone translators. I had pre printed the reservation and was able to prove that I had one. The receptionist was on the phone with their manager in order to get instructions on how to check us in. The entire process took over one hour. We were then taken to our room where the A/C did not work so we had to get a new room. This process took another half an hour. When we arrived in the new room we had no hot water and had to get that rectified the following morning. The hotel is a “no smoking”property however the smell of smoke was pervasive throughout the halls. In all the room was spacious with a wonderful view of the city and a nice balcony. The room was clean. The bed was a bit hard for my taste. The pool looked nice and clean. In short the experience was marred by the poor customer service. "
