Hotels near Phnom Penh Night Market

We did a staycation at the Plantation and was very much looking forward to it. However, the service was a huge let down. Or rather the lack of service for this Boutique hotel. From the check in to the service at the pool. The room was basic, we booked as a couple but was only provide 1 set of all amenities and 1 bathrobe. Although not many guests at the pool, my wife found the staff too pushy when ordering from the menu. We decided not to spend the night there, and checked out at around 8pm. The same guy at the reception who checked us in didn't even bother asking why we decided to check out early. Overall an unpleasant experience, disappointed with the level of attentiveness, service, and lack of customer service. :(

Excellent property in a great location. I stayed here for two weeks during the lockdown of Phnom Penh due to COVID-19 and I was glad the Loft room I reserved had a great river view from the balcony. The huge living space also made the lockdown more comfortable, the decore made it homely. It was a very difficult situation and the superb staff did a wonderful job to ensure my wife and I had an enjoyable time. From the front desk staff to the housekeeping staff, thank you.

International travel is very difficult during the global Covid situation. Sun and Moon staff was very helpful to me in finding correct government testing centers and helping meet all my requirements. Travel made easy as staff at Sun and Moon always were pleasant and helpful.
