"The room was incredibly nice, one bedroom, one full bath room, living room, and kitchen. Fully furnished and decorated with cozy couch. However, when I booked I did not realize I was not booking directly with the condominium, but rather a third party renting service (Soben Homes) did not make any contact with the actual host, luckily when we arrived, (and they did not have our reservation) the lady at the front desk knew wha was happening and was able to contact the appropriate host and we were able to get into the room, after that check in and check out was very simple and the pool and gym access made our trip relaxing, location is not too far from malls, museums, and restaurants, with a Lucky supermarket very close too. Expect an incredible stay, maybe not incredible communication. 4/5 stars"

"This was the 2nd time we stayed here. The room was just as nice as the 1st time where you get everything they tell you about. I will say that livingroom furniture was nicer this time. The only drawback this trip was that one of the guest elevators was down. They did allow us to use the maint. elevator for speed. In all the only real drawback of the whole property is it's location is across the bridge from River Street if tyou want that night life. The total win is that it's across the river away from that night life as well. Very peacefull and only a Tuk Tuk ride away. I do recommend using Grab or one of the other ride apps to save money on the trips. While we had complete access to the pool and othe ammenities, we didn't use them as it was Khmer New Year while we were there so plenty to do."
