"I had a very enjoyable stay at Arthur & Paul in February 2025. Check-in was simple and straightforward, and my luggage was carried to my room. "Helpful staffs and they smile and greet you when you go out and come back. Breakfast buffet limited offering but suffice. The only disappointment is when I wanted to us the sauna and steam room. I called the operator and been informed for guest there is a charge of USD10 per hour to use the facilities. "This is the second time we stay at the Caravan Hotel and we confirmed it is a great option in Phnom Penh. Everybody is so welcoming, from the bellboy, the front desk personnel, the bartender, waiters, and so.
