"Great clean studio queen apartment with comfortable bed and pillows, clean bathroom with amenities and water pressure, kitchen well equipped, would have preferred fresh milk rather than powdered. Unfortunately room 1101 was so horribly noisy being subjected to constant noisy air conditioning systems for this building and others. The maintenance guy was able to take our portable system out which helped but still noisy, couldn't change rooms as apparently fully booked assuming it was spring break...

"Room was clean, bed comfy, shower very good with the added bonus of a tub. Yards away from subway so great for getting around. Staff at front desk and housecleaning were very friendly. Water is provided daily but no tea/coffee in room which would have been nice to come back to. VIP perks of free beverage is non existent. No view. Good hotel for getting around the city but I have stayed in better"
