"The room was immaculate. Very clean and comfortable. Breakfast gets busy in a small space but everyone was friendly and polite. The food was good and the atmosphere relaxing."

"We walked in and the employee was not in any uniform. She gave us our keys and we walked into a room that had not been cleaned, in fact it looked like someone was using the room. We immediately went to the front desk and the employee gave us a different room. As soon as we walked in it was a different type of room than we booked (1 small bed instead of their 2 bed room). There were also two towels on the floor and refrigerator did not turn, have a baby and needed somewhere to store the milk."

When we called the front desk to tell them the attendant told us "we know there is no hot water" apparently they had not had any hot water for a day or so but did not bother to tell us when we checked in. So after going to an outdoor concert and not returning until the wee hours of the morning we had tk jump in the shower to FREEZING cold water. They could have at least warned us but nope, not a word until we found out the hard way by jumping in the shower at 3am. So very...

"Hotel is close to airport and highway with lots of stores and restaurants nearby.. Newly renovated and very clean. Staff is very friendly. You will have to provide 100$ at check in, which can be paid in cash or on card (which will take 7-10 days to credit back to your account). Overall, good stay."

"The Hotel was wonderful as usual. This place was one of our favorite places to go but now they have an open to the whole neighborhood pool party with extremely loud techno music. So no peaceful, relaxing time by the pool anymore. For the people that pay to stay there it is NOT fun or relaxing. The experience is very loud and EXTREMELY crowded! no room in the pool at all. Loud obnoxious crowd over run that area now. I was told the "Pool Parties only run from March till October... the only months...
