You could tell it was an older building. Staff was very nice. The water temperature would go from hot to freezing cold while showering. Breakfast area was in the cellar. Bed was comfortable. Very limited tv stations. Not worth what we paid per night.

The hotel was clean and the staff were helpful and polite. Breakfast was great-lots of options available for either a quick bite or a sit down meal. The pool area is small, but clean and well maintained. If we come back, I would stay here again :)

Nice property for weekend getaway when i enter my room and in the haul way there was a little smell and the key wasn't working to open the door to get inside from outside the property but other than that it was great . Customer service at the front desk was great. For the break fast on the morning was ok but not to my liking.

The staff I encountered were all extremely friendly and helpful. There was not hot tub as advertised on Expedia, so I was a little disappointed. Overall, a good hotel with lots of shopping and things to do nearby.

The air freshener in the lobby was horrendous. I had to stand outside. Several of us had to wait for the guy to show up to check us in. Our bathroom ceiling was moldy. I have to say this but i have noticed many of the hotels lately are run by Indians and consistently they are very unfriendly. Poor customer service. Very dated hotel.
