"We had 4 people staying in the room. Knowing that most hotels have 2 towels in the room, we asked for more - 6 to be exact, so each traveler could have 2 towels each. He would only give us 3. We got to the room and It was so so in cleanliness - toilet, microwave and curtains. After showering, we opened up the pull out couch. Lo and behold, there was no bedding. I called down to the front desk and was told we had to go back down. When I got there, I was handed one sheet. I told him I need pillows, another sheet and a blanket. He told me laundry went home. I asked him again for bedding - nothing. I then asked him why didn't he tell me I needed bedding when I checked in. I got a blank stare. Another employee spoke up and said maybe he didn't know how many people were in the room. Ummm, yes he did, he gave us extra towels for the 4 of us. This employee went down and got us pillows, another sheet and a blanket. I again asked the first employee why he didn't tell me I needed bedding and again I got nothing but a blank stare. The customer service from him was atrocious!! I am staying in a hotel and have to make my own bed??? Unacceptable! Also, the fire door as propped open and light fixture wires are capped off and left hanging - Fire hazard??"

"I am writing to express my disappointment with both the issue I experienced during my stay and how my complaint was later represented. During my stay, there was a strong marijuana odor near my room at a non-smoking property. I immediately reported the issue to the front desk because I was traveling with my young child and was concerned about our comfort and well-being. I understand that the hotel may not have been able to identify the guest responsible. However, that was never the main issue. The fact remains that the odor was present, it affected our stay, and when I requested a room change, I was informed that no alternative room was available. What concerns me most is that when I sought assistance through Expedia, the hotel reportedly stated that no marijuana smoking was found or confirmed. While that may reflect the outcome of the hotel's investigation, it does not accurately reflect my experience as a guest. My complaint was not about proving who was smoking. My complaint was that I reported a significant issue, no effective accommodation was available, and the impact on my family's stay was ultimately dismissed. I feel that my concerns were minimized rather than acknowledged, and that the hotel's response effectively discredited a legitimate guest experience. I respectfully ask that management review both the incident and the handling of my complaint, and consider an appropriate resolutions."

"The hotel refused to communicate with myself or Hotel.com when asked about Cancelling the room a week in advance. After initial communication we were told it needed manager approval and then calls were hung up on and no communication was reached after. multiple calls, emails and avenues. They directly ignored us to avoid giving any sort of answer."
